TVS Motor to Boost Southeast Asia EV Push Through ION Mobility Integration.

TVS Motor Company (TVSM), a prominent manufacturer of two- and three-wheelers, has announced the integration of Singapore-based ION Mobility’s assets, intellectual property, and core team into its operations. The move is part of a broader strategy to expand its electric vehicle (EV) footprint in Southeast Asia.

The region, known for its rapidly growing motorbike market, offers strong potential for EV adoption, TVS said in a statement.

TVS Motor had earlier invested strategically in ION Mobility, a full-stack EV company specializing in industrial design, mechanical and electrical engineering, software development, and supply chain solutions.
