Leading pure-play water technology company VA TECH WABAG has announced a significant expansion of its Middle Eastern operations after securing a "Large" order from the Saudi Water Authority (SWA).

The contract involves the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of a technologically advanced 50 MLD (Million Liters per Day) Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis (BWRO) plant located in Aljouf, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The Aljouf project is designed to address the region's growing water demands using cutting-edge membrane technology. As a BWRO facility, the plant will treat brackish water to provide a sustainable and high-quality potable water supply for the local population and industries.
