Adani Energy Solutions Partners with RSWM Ltd to Supply 60 MW of Green Power.

RSWM Ltd, the flagship textile company of the LNJ Bhilwara Group, has signed an agreement with Adani Energy Solutions Ltd (AESL) for the supply of 60 MW of renewable energy, according to an official release recently.

Under the pact, AESL will manage the complete green power value chain for RSWM’s additional energy requirements. As part of the agreement, RSWM has invested ₹60 crore under the Group Captive Scheme to procure 31.53 crore units of green power annually for its manufacturing facilities across Rajasthan.

With this expansion, the share of renewable energy in RSWM’s total energy mix is expected to rise from 33% to 70%, accounting for nearly two-thirds of the company’s total energy consumption.
