"GNIDA Plans Allotment of 44 Industrial Plots, Anticipates Revenue of Rs. 5,000 Crore"

The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has initiated a scheme for the allotment of 44 industrial plots, anticipating revenue of Rs. 5,000 crore. This move is expected to generate 10,000 employment opportunities, according to a statement released by GNIDA on Wednesday.

These industrial plots are strategically located in six sectors, covering areas ranging from 135 square meters to 20,354 square meters. GNIDA aims to cater to the growing demand and requirements of entrepreneurs, emphasizing its commitment to providing possession of the plots within the stipulated time frame.

Greater Noida has become a focal point for industrial investments, and GNIDA CEO NG Ravi Kumar highlighted the significance of launching the scheme to meet the needs of entrepreneurs. Kumar stated, "Possession of the plot will be given within the stipulated time. With this, thousands of youngsters will get employment opportunities along with investment in the region."

The GNIDA expects to garner around Rs 5,000 crore from the reserve price with the allotment of these 44 plots. The allotment process will be conducted through interviews.

This initiative is projected to bring an investment of Rs. 5,000 crore and create direct and indirect employment opportunities for 10,000 individuals. Brochures for the scheme have been released, and interested parties can apply through the GNIDA website (greaternoidaauthority.in) or the Uttar Pradesh government's portal (niveshmitra.up.nic.in).

The registration deadline for the scheme is February 19, and after the allotment process, possession of the plots is expected to be made available within a month, according to the official statement.
