Pristine Pavilion launches phase II residential project.

The Bengaluru-based DRA Group has launched the second phase of Pristine Pavilion, a residential project near Chengalpattu about 50 km south of Chennai.

The project adjacent to the Mahindra World City, offers 198 apartments spread across three multi-storey buildings. The apartments of 609-844 sq.ft. are priced between Rs. 20-50 lakh.

Ranjeeth Rathod, Managing Director - Chennai Operations, DRA Group, said the apartments are priced at Rs. 3,150/sq.ft. and the project also offers semi-furnished apartments with modular kitchen and other basic furnishing at
Rs. 3,350.

The first phase of the project was launched at Rs. 2,995 a sq.ft. and has been fully handed over. The rental yields are around 4 per cent. The developers are offering a three-year rental cash-back guarantee to buyers.
