Shreyas Shipping signs MoU for buying multi-purpose vessel.

Shreyas Shipping & Logistics has informed the exchanges that it has signed a Memorandum of Agreement for acquisition of one multi-purpose vessel of about 1,100 teus. The delivery of the vessel is expected in the first week of September 2017. However, the company has not provided any other information such as financial details and seller identity. Shares of Shreyas Shipping tumbled 3.7 per cent at ₹328.10 on the NSE.
