Trishakti Industries Plans Strategic Expansion Across UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Trishakti Industries Limited has announced its strategic expansion into the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), marking a key step in its ambition to build an internationally recognised specialised heavy equipment rental platform.

The company’s Board of Directors has approved the expansion, identifying the Gulf region as a high-potential market driven by large-scale infrastructure, industrial and energy investments. The move is aimed at transforming Trishakti Industries from an Indian equipment rental company into a global provider of specialised heavy equipment solutions.

The UAE continues to witness significant investments across infrastructure, logistics, ports, industrial manufacturing, renewable energy, commercial developments and the energy sector, creating long-term demand for specialised lifting and equipment rental solutions.

Trishakti Industries believes the UAE and Saudi Arabia markets offer higher asset yield potential, premium project opportunities and stronger long-term return prospects compared with several traditional markets.

The company highlighted the significant market opportunity in the region, including Saudi Arabia’s more than $1 trillion infrastructure pipeline under Vision 2030 and giga projects. The Saudi crane rental market, estimated at over $1 billion, is also expected to see 10-12 per cent annual growth, supported by infrastructure, energy, industrial and mega-project investments.

Through the expansion, Trishakti Industries aims to improve asset utilisation, diversify revenue streams and establish an international growth platform that complements its Indian operations.

Over the years, the company has built its presence in India by expanding its specialised equipment fleet, strengthening customer relationships and executing projects for infrastructure, industrial and engineering companies. Leveraging this experience, it plans to establish operations in the UAE and Saudi Arabia through customer development, strategic partnerships and fleet deployment opportunities.

The company said the Gulf expansion marks the beginning of its international growth strategy, with future plans focused on customer acquisition, partnerships, fleet deployment and the potential establishment of a local operating platform.

Commenting on the development, Trishakti Industries CEO Dhruv Jhanwar said the expansion into the UAE and Saudi Arabia represents the start of the company’s global growth journey.

"We believe this market offers materially higher asset yield potential and significant long-term growth opportunities for specialised equipment rental companies. Our objective is not simply to enter a new geography, but to establish a scalable international platform that complements our Indian operations, enhances asset productivity and creates long-term shareholder value," Jhanwar said.

The company said it will continue to evaluate opportunities in the region while maintaining financial discipline, customer focus and operational excellence.
