Chennai-based TVS Supply Chain Solutions Ltd (TVS SCS) has secured a three-year contract from Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV) to manage in-plant warehouse operations at the company’s manufacturing facility in Chennai.

Under the engagement, nearly 700 TVS SCS employees will be deployed to handle end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring seamless material flow, optimised inventory management, and enhanced operational efficiency, the company said in a statement.

The financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

This contract reinforces TVS SCS’s position as a key supply chain partner for major automotive manufacturers, leveraging its expertise in warehouse management and logistics solutions.
