HomeLane to Launch 25 New Experience Centres in Next Six Months.

Home interiors platform HomeLane is accelerating its nationwide expansion with a renewed focus on the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and the National Capital Region (NCR). The company’s growth strategy is anchored in an aggressive, asset-light franchise model and an expanding private-label manufacturing ecosystem, as it aims to achieve full-year profitability in FY26.

In an interaction with businessline, Tanuj Choudhry, Co-founder and COO of HomeLane, said the company will open 25 new experience centres over the next six months. Of these, eight centres will be launched across MMR and NCR. HomeLane currently operates about 84 experience centres nationwide under the HomeLane and Design Cafe brands.

“Around 90 per cent of our business now comes from the franchisee-owned, company-operated (FOCO) model,” Choudhry said. He added that these centres typically span 2,000–4,000 sq ft and require an investment of ₹75 lakh to ₹1.5 crore to set up.
